We will create a network of space universities together with partners from Europe. We are starting the second century of AGH University with ambitious plans to develop advanced space technologies.
The strategy of the UNIVERSEH consortium is to increase the mobility of students and academic staff, as well as to promote interuniversity cooperation. Implementation of the project will help partner universities to adapt their offerings to current market needs. The possibility of exchanging experience and contacts with the space industry will contribute to the creation of pioneering educational courses.
AGH University will develop education, science and technology related to space exploration and exploitation. One of the University's first ventures under UNIVERSEH was the establishment of the Space Technology Centre in November 2020. The new scientific and didactic unit, which was the brainchild of AGH Rector Prof. Jerzy Lis, will deal with, among other things, the development of research and education in the field of space engineering.
